Free shipping on orders over 150$

For orders below 150$:

JAPAN: Free Delivery
EUROPE: 25$ Delivery
USA: 25$ Delivery
Rest of World: 25$ Delivery

Amendment or cancelling orders

Before your ordered item has been dispatched, it may be possible to amend or cancel your order. However, we always make our best effort to dispatch your item as quickly as possible therefore it may be a case that your item has already been shipped out.

Unfortunately, it will not always be possible to amend or cancel the order if this has already been picked up by the delivery company. Once the item is back we will process your refund, however we will not be liable for the postage and packaging costs should this be the case.

Your ordered item shall be shipped out within 2~7 our working days basically after your order has been confirmed.

Delivery

We use EMS via Japan post (or alternatives if EMS would not be available) for all of our international deliveries. The tracking details to be informed by Email to your registered Email address.

For international shipping, invoice shall be issued with commercial value.

Please note that you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Additional charges of tax and import duties are calculated according to the product price and shipping fee written on the invoice.
As the way additional charges are calculated differ among countries, please ask the customs office of the shipping destination for details
